How do I participate in this #RiangRyoRaya contest?

You can participate by entering your Ninja Van’s Tracking ID from your order parcel that was delivered to you by any sellers as an entry to the contest.

What are the requirements to participate in this contest?

• This contest is open to all Malaysians who are age 18 and above.

• Own a valid Facebook and/or an Instagram account.

• Have to ‘Like’ Ninja Van Malaysia Facebook and/or ‘Follow’ Ninja Van Malaysia Instagram

• Must purchase an item at any online store or e-commerce site with Ninja Van as the courier service provider.

 
What is the contest period?
The contest period for #RiangRyoRaya is from 22 March 2021 to 2 May 2021. All contest submissions need to be submitted through the entry form on the website homepage.
 

Can I submit more than one entry?

Yes, absolutely! You may submit more than one (1) entry from multiple sellers during the Campaign Period to increase winning chances. Each Tracking ID will be considered as one (1) Contest entry.
 

How do I know if a seller uses Ninja Van? 

In order to find out whether the sellers are using Ninja Van as a courier service provider, you may chat with the seller. 

Can I submit Tracking ID even if I haven’t received the parcel yet? 

Participants MUST receive the parcel first to be eligible for a valid entry. Upon submission of the Tracking ID, we will check the completion of the delivery status. 

When will you announce the winners?
Weekly winners will be announced on Ninja Van's Facebook and Instagram pages, every following Friday of the week. The Grand Prize winner will be announced at the end of the contest period. 

How will I know if I’m the winner?
All Contest Winners will be announced on our social media platforms. The Winners must contact the Organiser within (7) seven days from the date of announcement to claim their prize. 
 

How are the winners selected?

• Participants with the highest accumulated points each week are eligible to win Top Weekly Prizes.

• Points accumulated each week will only be eligible for the weekly prizes and will not be carried forward.

• However, Participants who have accumulated the most points by submitting multiple entries over the course of the campaign will be eligible for the Grand Prize.

What happens if winners don’t claim their prizes?

Unclaimed prizes within 30 days after the campaign ends will be forfeited and will go straight to charity.
